Wake Up Meetings

Young adults in their 20’s and 30’s who wanna check out Mindfulness.

Let’s come together to slow down, let go of the stress of our lives, and allow ourselves to be just that: our genuine selves. If you know a thing or two about mindfulness, great. If you’re new to the practice, even better. We’ll show you the way. We’re going to do some sitting meditation, a mindfulness activity, and group sharing.

As of September 2018, our regular monthly meetings are on hold while we seek a new meeting space. We will update this page, our FB group and send out an email to our list when we have our new location and meeting schedule.

With Plum Blossom Sangha: All ages, Free and open to the public

Sunday evenings with Plum Blossom Sangha (our all age Sangha) are a time for the greater Austin community to practice together. To be together like a family. All experience levels are welcome. The program consists of sitting meditation, walking meditation, tea meditation, and Dharma discussion.
